At Founders Psyche, we strive to deliver high-quality psychological assessments and operational automation services. Because our services involve immediate digital delivery and bespoke consulting, we have specific refund and cancellation policies based on the service you purchase.
1. Founder Psychological Testing (Strict No-Refund Policy)
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the site, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise contact us. The information we collect depends on the service you use:

For Founders (Psychological Testing):

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.

Assessment Data: Responses to psychological, behavioral, and cognitive assessments, and the resulting profiles generated. (Note: We treat this data with the utmost confidentiality).

Business Information: Contact name, firm name, business email, operational workflow details, and specific automation requirements.

For All Users (Payment & Technical):

Financial Data: Data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (e.g., credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Note: All payment data is stored and processed by our secure payment gateway, [Insert Gateway Name, e.g., Stripe/Razorpay], and we do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

2. VC Automation Services
Our automation services for Venture Capital firms involve customized consulting, design, and implementation.

Completed Work: Payments made for initial setup fees, completed project milestones, or delivered automation workflows are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an ongoing automation project or retainer, you must provide written notice via email. Upon cancellation, you will be billed for any pro-rated work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any upfront deposits covering work that has not yet commenced may be refunded at our sole discretion.

Subscriptions: If you are on a recurring monthly maintenance or subscription plan for your automation workflows, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve it. Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes filed through your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Founders Psyche account and access to all related services.
