Welcome to Founders Psyche. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Founders Psyche website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Founders Psyche provides a dual-sided platform offering two distinct services:

  • Founder Psychological Testing: We provide online cognitive, behavioral, and psychological assessments designed to help startup founders understand their leadership styles, risk tolerance, and professional profiles.

  • VC Automation Services: We offer consulting, design, and implementation of operational automation tools and workflows specifically tailored for Venture Capital firms.

2. Medical and Professional Disclaimer

Important: The psychological assessments and resulting profiles provided by Founders Psyche are designed strictly for educational, professional development, and self-awareness purposes.

  • They are not medical, clinical, or psychiatric evaluations.

  • They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition or illness. If you require medical or psychological assistance, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

3. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you purchase (whether assessment tests or automation consulting) as outlined at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay). We do not store your full credit card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processing partners.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

4. IP (Intellectual Property)

  • Platform Content: All content on the Founders Psyche website, including the psychological tests, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Founders Psyche and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

  • Client Deliverables: For VC Automation clients, ownership or licensing of the specific automation workflows and custom code delivered to you will be governed by the specific service agreement signed at the time of project commencement.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt our website or payment systems.

  • Share your account credentials or allow third parties to take assessments on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founders Psyche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, funding success, or operational improvements as a result of using our testing or automation services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of us, our business, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
